If something is wrong, we fix it
You have 60 days from delivery. A damaged carton, a wrong item, a product that did not do its job — email us and we will sort it out. No forms, no restocking fee, no argument.
How to raise it
- Email usWrite to shangru018@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item and its carton.
- We reply with a labelOnce we have the details, we send a prepaid label by email so you are never out of pocket on the postage.
- Pack it as it arrivedOriginal carton if you still have it. Do not open a sealed pesticide to check it — that changes the answer.
- Refund on scanThe refund is issued to the original payment method when the carrier scans the parcel, not when it reaches us.

The 60-day window. Unopened products can come back for a full refund any time within 60 days of delivery — twice the 30 days most US retailers allow. The clock starts the day the carrier marks the parcel delivered, not the day you ordered. If you are close to the line, email us anyway; we would rather keep the order than win the argument.
A note on opened pesticides. Federal labelling rules mean an opened container cannot be resold, so we cannot accept it back. If a product did not perform the way it should have, that is a different conversation — write to us with the batch number from the label and we will investigate with the manufacturer.
Refund timing
Card refunds appear on your statement within 3–5 business days of the scan. Depending on your bank, the pending line may take a further few days to clear. You will get an email confirming the refund amount as soon as it is issued.
