Some items arrive sooner. A limited range is stocked closer to you and lands in 2–9 business days. Tell us which item you are after in the chat at the bottom right and we will confirm the window before you order.
Orders leave our warehouse in China, so the 15–20 business day window is counted from the day the parcel is dispatched, not from the day you order. Every order ships free, whatever the basket size and wherever it is going. Remote destinations and APO / FPO addresses can occasionally sit a few days longer in transit. A tracking number is emailed the moment the label is created, so you can follow the box from our door to yours.
Payment
Cards we accept
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Checkout runs over an encrypted connection and card details never touch our servers.
What you receive
An itemised confirmation immediately, then a dispatch notice with tracking. Nothing else — we do not add you to a drip campaign.
Tax-exempt buyers
Resellers, farms and exempt organisations can send documentation once and have tax removed from all future orders.
Charged when it ships
Authorisation happens at checkout, but the card is only captured when the order leaves the building.
Things that occasionally surprise people
Some products are state-restricted
A handful of restricted-use formulations cannot ship to certain states or to PO boxes. If your address is blocked, we email you before charging.
Heat-sensitive items ship early in the week
Gels and baits are held over a weekend rather than cooked in a delivery truck. This can add a day to a Friday order.
Hazardous labels need an adult signature
A few concentrates ship under a limited-quantity label that requires someone at the door.
One box, one tracking number
We consolidate wherever it is safe to do so. If an order ships in two cartons you will receive two tracking numbers.
