How we got here
PestSyn started as a two-person counter selling professional pest control to restaurants and apartment managers. The founder had spent years in that trade and kept hearing the same thing from ordinary homeowners: the good stuff is not sold to us.
So we started selling it — the same formulations, in smaller quantities, with the label instructions rewritten in plain English. Word travelled through hardware stores and county extension offices faster than we could print catalogs.
Today every order is picked and packed in our own warehouse in China and shipped straight to the customer, with no distributor in between. Every email is still answered by someone who knows what a German cockroach looks like.
